Do I need to buy the lights first?
No — providing the lights is the point of the service. They are commercial-grade, they stay ours to maintain and store, and your display looks the same in year three as it did on night one because worn strands get replaced from our stock, not your garage.
What happens if a section goes dark in the middle of December?
You call or text, and the crew that installed it comes and fixes it — maintenance through the season is part of the service, not an add-on. A dark strand over the front door in Christmas week is our emergency, not your weekend project.
How early should I book residential installation?
