How much do permanent Christmas lights cost?
Most permanent Christmas light installs with Sparkled Lighting fall in the $3,500–$6,000 range for a front-and-sides roofline, with front-only projects starting around $2,000. Final price depends on the linear footage of your roofline and how many areas of your property you want covered (front only vs. front + sides + back + garage, etc.). We give you a firm, transparent quote after a quick assessment — no surprise charges, ever.
How much does seasonal Christmas light installation cost?
Our Christmas light service starts at $500 for smaller rooflines, with most homeowners spending $800–$1,400+ per season. That price is all-inclusive — lights, custom roofline design, professional installation, season-long maintenance, and free take-down and storage. You pay one price and never touch a ladder.
Are Sparkled Lighting permanent lights really UL listed?
Yes. We’re the only permanent lighting system currently UL listed in the U.S. and Canada. That means independent lab testing for fire safety and electrical standards — which most "permanent lighting" knockoffs you'll see advertised on Facebook cannot claim. Our system is also IP68 waterproof, 24V safe, and fuse/GFCI protected at both ends.
How long will the lights last?
Our LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours. Run them every night until midnight and you'll be at 20–30 years before anything dims. And they're backed by a lifetime product warranty — if an LED fails, we replace it, no charge.
What’s the difference between permanent and seasonal Christmas lights?
Permanent Christmas lights are installed once into a nearly invisible aluminum channel along your rooflines — they stay up year-round and customize for every holiday and occasion from your phone. Seasonal Christmas light installation is a white-glove service where we install traditional C7 bulbs along your rooflines in November and remove them in January, including maintenance and storage. Many homeowners start with seasonal and upgrade to permanent once they see the convenience.
How long does installation take?
Most permanent lighting installs are completed in a single day. Larger homes occasionally take two days, and big custom projects can run three or four. Seasonal Christmas installs are typically same-day. Whatever the timeline, we don’t leave until everything is tested, your app is set up, and you’re completely comfortable with your new system.
