Year-round lighting, at commercial scale.
Year-round lighting for storefronts, venues and commercial buildings — built on the same UL Listed system, at commercial scale.
Sparkled took care in doing the job right and payed attention to the small details that make a difference.— Sara L., Verified Customer
Lighting that works for the building every single night.
Permanent lighting turns the exterior into infrastructure: brand colors on schedule every evening, every holiday handled from a phone instead of a lift rental, and a lit, visible property after close — for pennies a night in LED power.
- Brand colors on schedule — the building shows your colors every night, automatically
- Every holiday, no lift rental — Christmas, the Fourth, game day — a changeover takes a minute in the app
- UL Listed hardware — the listing commercial insurers and inspectors ask about, in writing
- IP68 sealed — waterproof and dustproof through every Utah season
Measured elevations, then an itemized number.
Commercial permanent work is priced from measured elevations, never from a satellite photo. The written quote itemizes channel, controllers and zones line by line, so you can see exactly what the building is buying — and it is yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.
One app runs the whole property.
A commercial system is only as useful as the person who can operate it. Ours runs from the myLights app: the entrance can run one look and the roofline another, schedules fire on their own at dusk, and a manager can hand a staff member control without handing them a ladder. Holiday changeovers that used to mean a lift rental take about a minute from a phone — and when the season ends, the schedule just moves on to the next one.
A commercial install, on film.
The Shaw Dance Studio install in Clinton was filmed end to end — worth watching if you want to see what actually happens to a building between the property walk and the first lit evening.
One decision changes what the building says at night.
These two photos are the same Clinton building on the same system — the only difference is where the pucks point. Angle them down and the light rolls across the facade, turning the whole wall into the brand color; angle them out toward the street and the building keeps its own face with a sharp lit edge tracing the roofline. Retail frontage usually wants the wash; offices and multi-tenant buildings usually want the outline. We aim it with you at the property walk, before anything is mounted.

Does Sparkled Lighting install permanent LED lighting on commercial buildings?
Yes — the Crane Field Golf Course clubhouse in the photo above is our work, and storefronts, venues and office buildings across Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, Utah, Morgan and Box Elder counties run the same UL Listed system. Commercial installs use the identical hardware and 12" spacing as our residential work, scaled to the building.
How is a commercial system controlled?
From the myLights app, on a schedule. Zones let the entrance run different colors than the roofline, brand colors can run nightly, and every holiday changes over from a phone — no lift rental, no wall timers, no staff member climbing anything in December.
Does UL listing actually matter on a commercial building?
It is the question your insurer and your inspector are allowed to ask. Sparkled installs a permanent lighting system that is UL Listed in the US and Canada, with IP68-sealed hardware — paperwork answers, in writing, before anyone signs anything.
Who maintains the system over the years?
The crew that installed it. The LEDs carry a lifetime product warranty, the installer is local to Syracuse, and the person who quoted the building is the one who answers the phone about it — in year one and in year five.
