Commercial SmartClip lighting. For buildings you lease, not own.
The same commercial-grade RGBW smart lights on patented clips instead of permanent channel — installed clean, removed without a trace, roughly 30% less.

Lighting a landlord will actually say yes to.
Permanent channel is a modification to a building you may not own. SmartClip sidesteps the whole conversation: patented clips mount the lights without channel lines, and at the end of a lease the system comes down without a trace.
- Lease-friendly — no permanent modification for a landlord or TI clause to object to
- Removed without a trace — end the lease, keep the deposit, leave no holes behind
- A reversible decision — live with smart lighting before committing the building to channel
- Same crew, same standard — the certified dealer that installs our channel systems installs this
Nobody at the curb can tell it's clips.
The light is the same because the lights are the same: RGBW pucks with a dedicated true-white chip, spaced at the 12-inch commercial standard, IP68-sealed against Utah weather. The clips are UV-stable, impact-resistant plastic, and the system carries a 5-year warranty. What you give up against channel is the daytime disappearing act — clips are visible up close where color-matched channel reads as trim. For many leased buildings, that is exactly the right trade.

Does Sparkled install SmartClip lighting on commercial buildings?
Yes. SmartClip mounts the same commercial-grade RGBW smart lights as our permanent system on patented clips instead of aluminum channel — and we install it on storefronts, offices and venue buildings across Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, Utah, Morgan and Box Elder counties as a certified InvisiLights dealer.
Why choose clips over permanent channel for a business?
Usually because of the lease. Permanent channel is a modification to the building; SmartClip isn't — it goes up without channel lines and comes down without a trace, which is a much easier conversation with a landlord or a tenant-improvement clause. It also suits a business that wants to live with smart lighting for a season or two before committing the building to channel.
Will it look temporary from the street?
No. At night it is the same RGBW pucks at the same 12-inch commercial spacing — the mounting is the difference, not the light. The clips themselves are UV-stable, impact-resistant plastic, the pucks are IP68-sealed, and the system carries a 5-year warranty.
How is commercial SmartClip priced?
Like all our commercial work: we walk the building, measure, and put a written itemized number in your hands — no published rate pretends to fit every building. As a rule of thumb, the same building runs roughly 30% less on SmartClip than in channel, and we will happily quote it both ways side by side.
